NYC marathon - 3th of November 2006 What started as a plan created in a pub during a party, ended as a tremendous experience and quite an achievement ! Originally about 8 of our friends were to try to run a marathon. After having sobered up only three of us really decided to go for it. Jürgen already had some experience (he had already run the Belgium Kust Marathon), whereas Tom and myself had no idea (except for the distance) of what it takes to run a marathon. Our final results were: Tom: 3 hours 24 min -> awesome Jürgen: 3 hours 28 min -> awesome Boris: 4 hours 51 min -> room for improvement ;-)
